States have rights. They chose to make marijuana legal in their states. Making marijuana illegal, or harassing marijuana producers in legal states directly benefits drug cartels. The Constitution supposedly guarantees our right to travel unmolested upon the roads unless we commit a crime or damage property. It also guarantees our rights under the 4th amendment to be safe in our homes and vehicles and free from unwarranted search and seizure. Sessions put the feds back into civil asset forfeiture. Taking cash from people without charging them for a crime. People on their way to buy cars, farm equipment, businesses and all sorts of stuff have had their money taken without being charged of a crime.
Sessions is clearly an enemy of the people in my opinion.
