The Slogan of NPH is "Raising children. Transforming lives" Which is a description of what I believe they do. They raise children for the elite so that when they are needed, they are transferred and their compatible organs harvested. Which leaves the people taking care of the logistics to do everything that they can to profit from accessory products like making media, harvesting other organs or blood and, what they keep going on and on about in their Instagram, which is cannibalism.
