Flairing as possible disinfo. We don't know that FuzzyNavel is Huffman. Everything seems to point to this being a joke, although he does have the face of a necromancer.
It's not impossible. What's more unlikely though: A non-vegan who is tolerant enough to host a vegan board, or, a vegan who is tolerant enough to host a non-vegan board?
In any case, if you think that hosting a board/subreddit/subverse/whatever is absolute indication of support, you're only considering one possibility; there are others...
Food for thought: On twitter, many people put in their bio, "Follows/Retweets do not indicate support", consider that same principle applied here, just for a moment.

I just think it's weird he's the moderator for r/cannibals

So, what, your assumption is that he must be a cannibal? Shit, @derram, you must be a furry!

Would a non-vegan run a vegan subreddit?

Yeah but aren't mods supposed to be part of the community? Like, partake in it, like a r/gardening sub having gardeners for mods etc.

I doubt that there's any rule like that in place either on reddit or voat, I'd be shocked if I'm wrong there lol.
EDIT: Never hosted a subverse here and have never even created a reddit account.
