First, this totally ignores the reality that children are being sexually exploited in order to produce child porn. Those who do produce this child pornography are those who need to be concentrated on.

Grisham also seems to be suggesting that the majority of those involved with Child porn viewing get there by accident. While that may be true of a very few males, we still have to question how Comcast and Verizon are so little successful at keeping child pornography off of the internet where actually those firms are making BILLIONS every year from pornography in general.

Again, the issue is the sexual exploitation of children -- and for financial profit - which includes Comcast and Verizon.
