Gee, why do chapters 6 and 10 of this leaked wikileaks PDF book have the letter "O" changed to the letter "Q"?

I haven't had my mind so fucked with since I did acid in the late 70's early 80's as I had in the past year

Never did the brown, just the cartoon tabs , rooms

Never did the real heavy stuff, had friends that did, they were part poppers

Either out cold or seriously freaking

Had to talk a few of them through
