Exactly two weeks after we reported that Attorney General Jeff Sessions instructed DOJ prosecutors to dig into the FBI's handling of the Uranium One investigation, we learn that the FBI has opened a new investigation of the Clinton Foundation launched by the DOJ - spearheaded by its Little Rock, Arkansas field office, according to John Solomon of The Hill.

For any that may be unaware Arkansas is Clinton country because Bill Clinton was governor of Arkansas. hmmmm.....

Jeff Sessions is pushing civil asset forfeiture which means he wants federal agents to start scouring the highways taking cash and valuables from American citizens, keep the cash, even when you are not charged with a crime.

Can you provide evidence of this, Esoteric? I follow these guys pretty closely to see what they're up to and I have not heard a single thing about him pushing civil asset forfeiture.

Jeff Sessions’s defense of civil asset forfeiture, annotated By Christopher Ingraham July 19, 2017

On Wednesday, the Justice Department restarted a controversial federal program making it easier for state and local police to permanently take cash and property from people not charged with a crime.

Speaking before law enforcement officials, Attorney General Jeff Sessions described what he saw as the need for the program and offered up the rare full-throated defense of civil forfeiture at a time when it's come under increasing criticism from the left, the right and center.

Well, the one you linked from the Washington Compost says he is making it harder, not easier:

And so today, the Department of Justice is issuing legal guidance that will clarify DOJ policy on the adoption of seized assets. It will return us to longstanding DOJ policy—and also provide additional, supplemental protections for law-abiding Americans. This will make us more effective at bankrupting organized criminals and at safeguarding the property of law-abiding Americans.

Under today’s guidance, the federal government will not adopt seized property unless the state or local agency involved provides information demonstrating that the seizure was justified by probable cause. We will accomplish this through a new adoption form that state and local law enforcement must fill out before we will agree to adopt any property, which will include the necessary information to allow Department lawyers to carefully review and determine whether adoption is proper. Further, law enforcement agencies who wish to participate in the Department’s Equitable Sharing Program now must now provide their officers with enhanced training on asset forfeiture laws.

Department’s Equitable Sharing Program

That is Jeff Sessions bullshit speak for the Fed now wants their cut of the asset seizures again. It damn sure won't get harder for them to do, asset seizure will continue, and the FEDS WANT TO SHARE THE PROFIT by

If Jeff Sessions was a straight shooter he would say the Fed nor the State has any right to take property from Americans without being charged with a crime. He isn't saying that. He is also saying he intends to start harassing marijuana users again. There ain't no good way to spin this. The Republicans did not change over night, they are still the Zionist Neo Con killer thieves they always were.

Yemen can testify to that, and pretty soon the innocent people in Iran from the way it looks. Not to mention they are Israel ass kissers who are committing genocide on Palestine.

Only good thing about Republicans is that they don't have SJWs, other than that they are lying, murdering, thieves.

And now MegaAnon (whoever that one is, can't keep track lol) is spinning it that Sessions is really going after the weed thing for, you guessed it, our benefit. The 'weed thing' was instituted by evil peeps and the swamp needs to be drained ya da.

Look, despite where y'all think this is going, it'd be helpful if you realized the drivers, first. Notice where pot was legalized? Under who's authorities, state and federal?! Dig into all those who advocated, supported and passed it. Look into who pushed, who was tied and the history behind how it all happened. Then look at who profited and who gained the most. Look at the orgs tied to it. I mean, you want the swamp drained, right?! Thos isn't really about the weed. It's about how it was done, abused, exploited, etc. from conception til now. ~We can't cherry pick where the swamp drains.

Gotta love all these anonys helping us understand that what we see is not what we see. What would we do without them?

There is another angle here you are not seeing. They want to go cashless society, this way your money can never been held, and they can control the spigot. Turn it on and off any time they want. They are making people scared to store cash in their house, or have large amounts on them. They want your money always in the bank unless it is spent. Then it goes to the corporations. They want to always hold it. If you make the mistake of driving around with 2000 bucks, you can lose it if you happened to be pulled over. If you have cash in your house, even if they searched your house for an unrelated reason, they can call it suspicious and seize it. That's the game. Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide. Their message is keep your money in the bank.

DEFUND THE BANKS. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS.

They want to go cashless society,

Yep. I think crypto currency might be a way to trick the public into getting interested in digital currency.
