Feels like it, but the whole reason its being re-investigated is that Comey "cleared" her before even investigating thoroughly and news the last few days is that he REMOVED all references in the internal report by FBI investigators to potential felonies that Hillary committed.
THAT is the justification for re-opening, so it could get very interesting.
Personally, I think Trump would rather establish the criminal corruption of possible pedos first. Once someone is branded and proven to be a criminal, the red pill info about the Satanism/abuse will be easier for folks to swallow. Not easy, but easier.
