Unfortunately refugee children being held in detention are being abused by other adult refugees. (I don't know if you've noticed but there is also a high number of reports of adult refugees released in the community in Western countries raping or molesting children.) There's no direct political corruption involved. Poor planning maybe. Agree with others: this is not Pizzagate. Your post seems to be a misdirection.
