Maybe the authorities do know but they are also known to be bribed easily...my Thai friends tell me if you need a policeman to attend the scene of a crime or investigate any wringdoings you need to bribe them just to do their job....

'You don't want to miss time you could be spending with family and friends by being in jail do you?" This is what he warned people who refused to obey the rules of his martial law. Yes! Im not sure why Narcisssm questioned this. They then gave a smiley face when I told them about suspected child trafficking I saw. This is not something to smile about.
