This has been analyzed to death in prior submissions a few months ago. As someone else stated, these indictments can stay sealed for years. Also, a judge can easily dismiss each and every one of them without ever revealing anything about the defendant or what is contained in the indictment.
IF the charges are treason, or if they can set this up as a crime against our country, they could, in effect, declare them enemy-combatants and let the tribunals handle it. It's been done before...
THAT would be fun to watch for sure...and likely more effective.
Alas, the sealed indictments would not indicate that is the jurisdictional play...
