This was being talked about on Reddit. I thought it was pretty interesting.

Pizzagate related because mind control is a technique used by Luciferians to break children AND adults.

For clarity's sake, please mention that the document is discussing Soviet and Chinese brainwashing "re-education" programs. I'm sure the CIA learned from their techniques, but we don't want to misrepresent the nature of a particular document.

It seems that the world has learned more about manipulation and Mind Control and brain-washing by the greatest torturers of all -- the Vatican.

What did they learn from hundreds and hundreds of years of torturing people? And who did they pass that knowledge onto? Nazis? CIA?

Likely it's the basis for CIA's MKULTRA program -- torturing children, sexually abusing them.

And before that 1,500 years of confining Jews in Jewish Ghettoes in the Papal States. Isolating them from society, preventing them from education, the professions. Forcing them to wear yellow stars on their clothing. These ghettoes weren't actually closed down until the 1860's ... first by the French and then by the Italians who moved the Vatican back into the one or two square mile area it now occupies.

And likely the Vatican still holds records of those days, the tortures they used and what they learned about humans and how they react to torture -- what it takes to break the human spirit.
