This was being talked about on Reddit. I thought it was pretty interesting.

For clarity's sake, please mention that the document is discussing Soviet and Chinese brainwashing "re-education" programs. I'm sure the CIA learned from their techniques, but we don't want to misrepresent the nature of a particular document.

I believe the article you'r referring to was about genocide against Canadian natives, not about child sex trafficking or child sex abuse.
