i think the discussion has been good. both sides are in it. there are some things that look off but if you look back on your own facebook can anyone read anything they wanted into it? maybe, maybe not I don't know but investigating it is ok, she is a public figure.

one has to wonder. I will say my hubby and i are in the art world (small time lol but on the fringe) and we both have always been around elitists, but essentially are uncomfortable with them as we feel like the more money they throw at you the more they want you to be their dancing monkeys.. but there is a difference, a divide or something that separates us from them. I can't explain it, i just feel it. But i will say that this type of Art that Marina and these people are pushing, the dark side? it is sticking with the younger generation. Their art is becoming blood, sex, magic zombies, vampires, gothic and occult...etc at very young ages, beginning art. i see it in even my own art, we just regurgitate the symbolism being projected at us by our surroundings and these kids are surrounded by the entertainment industry because they are all on their phones, or tablets and that is all they see. It is time to unplug!!!!
Yes, get your kids to unplug. But here is the problem. The parents can't unplug so how will they convince their kids. The Dumbing and Sexing of America. Yes, so anyone here that has kids the first thing you can do is to Unplug Yourself and then Make Your Kids do it. It will be hard, but just try it for a week or two and see how it works. I saw on my news that thousands of parents have signed a Promise to not let their kids have phones til in 8th grade. This is a start. I propose that those phones be scaled down versions. No youtube access, etc. Only for Emergency Sake. Cell Phones at first were thought of only for Emergency not for Watching Movies, etc. Our kids are watching us constantly. We are their Roll Models.
