This was a document which was supposedly obtained from the hack of the server at CPP. I think it came out sometime in mid-late October 2015.

At this point, I'll make the assumption that it is real. It pretty much shows the level of disregard for human life and how truly psychopathic these people are.

Thanks for the refresher. Yes, Joe Biggs was the caller. I think he and his friend were also the ones who went to CPP and yes - caught some creepy guy leaving the back of CPP with 5 or so little ragamuffin boys following in tow. The video they made also shows clearly, a split/shared rear entrance to CPP and Bucks with a STAIRWELL going downstairs at Bucks, i.e. shared basement.

A split/shared rear entrance to CPP and Bucks? How do they share a rear entrance, there's a business between them. They both exit to parking area/alley.

What do you mean by shared basement? We know that Bucks as a basement and that is used for storage for both restaurants. But are you saying they have a common basement? With another business between the two buildings, I don't see how this works?

Also, understand the building principle of "shared basements" (Protip - First results are specific to DC....wonder why).
