It is from the cpp haxor, i have seen another picture of a kid tied up to a table, everything censored except hands. Hacker allegedly released all pics uncensored, some anons said that on one pic an arab is sawing a kid, on another a kid is getting stuck with needles. Doubt anyone saved originals, I didnt dare to save the censored ones. Last night /pol/ had multiple threads on PG.

Sadly, no, I browse only on mobile so I never save links. I only saw the tied up kid, altough you only saw arms tied, the arms look very short and small. I doubt it is larp because they don't want us to talk about it at all. Someone has to have them, that's why I mentioned them.
