I posted this in the comments yesterday or day before. They may have met a while back because I remember seeing on the internet over a year ago that El Chapo had made a $1M donation to the Clinton Foundation. So there may have been collusion and fraternizing way before. I also suggested that this piece of news may have leaked from the emails. Although I have put in the name of the Drug Czar and nothing came up in the Released Email Search. Have not tried her name as of yet. I though Huma and Hillary were a Thing. Guess Huma gets around.
