Everyone purchase weapons and ammo. Anything happens to the President, there's going to be civil war.

Why are you dreaming of this?

What happens if President was found to be breaking the law?

flashmans_nutcup ago

He hasn't broken the law though has he?

I think it's quite clear that the president has broken the law.

Gen Flynn committed several crimes including lying to the FBI, lying on his national security form, and acting a paid agent of a foreign power with out registering as a foreign agent.

He very well may committed other crimes such as violation of the Logan Act. (We know that the White House Counsel began researching violations of the Logan Act online right after he was told of Flynn's meetings with the Russian ambassador.)

He has now plead guilty to one crime and and has begun cooperating with the government with the promise that this cooperation will be considered against his other crimes (and reportedly to keep his son from being indicted.)

We know that Donald Trump learned that Michael Flynn was guilty of a felony in late January. And that the Russians had leverage over Flynn they could use to blackmail him. However, Donald Trump took no action at this point and kept Flynn in one of the most sensitive positions in our goverment. If Trump had personal knowledge of what Flynn told the Russian ambassador AND what Flynn told the FBI this would be a concealing a felony or a misprison of a felony. This is an IF. Flynn is only fired when it's reported in the press that Flynn lied about his meeting with the Russian ambassador to VP Pence. What we do know is that the President began to lean on James Comey to lay off Flynn and lay off the Russian investigation. This is obstruction of justice and the evidence of this is overwhelming. Comey testified to Congress that Trump told him. " I hope you can see your way clear to letting this go, to letting Flynn go" adding "he's a good guy." Trump later fired Comey and gave a cover story, then a week later, he fired Comey because of the Russia investigation. Trump also lied about dismissing Flynn, saying it was because it lied to Pence, not because he knew that Flynn was guilty of a felony. He later said he was a good guy and he would like to bring him back when the investigation was over. Just this month Trump claimed he didn't fire Flynn because of Pence but because of the felony.

Here's what I think is coming down the pike soon. Flynn is cooperating which means he is helping indictment people bigger than him. Who would be more important than the National Security Adviser. I think it can only POTUS and his family. I think we will see indictments against Don JR and Jared.

Damn, you're an idiot.

Your first sentence claims that Trump 'clearly' broke the law, yet the rest of your post is just so much conjecture. Back to the drawing board, you useless Never Trump fucks.

Are_we_sure ago

Trump clearly obstructed justice and he has yet to stop.
