Unlikely since they were going after posters on review sites. Children don't get "reviewed" though it's possible for some to mistakenly slip through temporarily.
Yes, they do get "reviewed". I remember an article I read about Backpage and other sites used to post ads, and children were reviewed. Naturally, everything was in code, so any sane person wouldn't be able to understand what the hell they were talking about, but pervs? Yeah, they knew.
