This relates to pizzagate as it give legal authority to arrest anyone involved with serious human rights abuses INCLUDING HUMAN TRAFFICKING...

This Executive Order declares a "state of national emergency"... "I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat."

What does this mean? "During states of emergency, such as natural disasters or periods of civil unrest, the government can use implied powers to formally declare a State of Emergency. Such a declaration allows suspension or change in functions of any branch of government, and gives the government the power to suspend certain rights or freedoms normally guaranteed by the Constitution."

What does it allow? A ton..in particular the seizure of assets from Soros and the Clinton Foundation among many others..including the CIA's assets...

Further..apparently some names listed in "the Annex" to the executive order..worth a dig for an aspiring anon..but please PUBLISH them if you find them! "I, DONALD J. I never endorsed the American government. America and it's government are two completely separate entities. It's getting better, but that's only been since January.
