Grand was convicted in 2011 for child pornography connections, and was a vocal activist of boy love. Gran was also connected to Netherlands pedophiles. That ring, had over 70,000 members, and 230 known child victims.

Coincidence? I would think that there are easier ways to silence someone, if that was the motive.

The only thing I could think of would be multiple persons of interest on the same train, to even begin fathoming such a ridiculous way to silence someone, or even a few people. Unless they were all literally on their way to testify.
