I think we are seeing a witness that needed to be exterminated. This situation really reminds me of the Fuddy assassination. After she signed off on the Obama birth cert she was in a plane crash. Video of people floating in the water briefly showed a scuba diver pop up out of the water. I think Fuddy was the only one who died in the incident.
