I think it's a stretch to say that because you can find pictures of people that you find disturbing, that those people must be performing adult acts in front of kids. The picture you linked, in the context you put it, is clearly implying that they were running around CPP with their butt-plug dog tails in front of kids, I find that unlikely, or we would have heard about it elsewhere.
