Interesting points:

• The Awan's are under the "High Intensity Supervision Program": https://www.psa.gov/?q=node/143 (very interesting that this is a Federal agency serving the District of Columbia only. Pretrial Services has existed for 45 years and only deals with "special" cases from what I can tell. If I didn't know better, I would say it looks as though it was established specifically for Congress)

• Awan wants to remove ALL conditions of his release.

• Though Awan surrendered his passport, he can go to the Pakistani embassy or consulate and get a new passport! This means he is not a US citizen - Has this been known? A foreign national(s) was allowed to maintain almost half of the Democratic House networks and communications hardware. Makes sense to me...

• Sufficient reason was given to show Awan is a flight risk

• Not mentioned - Awan wanted the restrictions lifted so he could take farther fares on Uber. Go figure.

Pizzagate Relavance: It is rumored that Awan may have had a hand, or larger role, in maintaining the digital networks required to support an IT infrastructure. It is also rumored that Awan may be involved in the murder of Seth Rich; possibly other murders; and could be involved in his own local child sex trafficking network. (This is a working theory based on multiple articles and LE/IC sources.)
