Just going to ask the obvious, how do you hogtie yourself, throw yourself into a pool and then get yourself out? All while drunk?
On a side note, the use of ambien makes me think maybe he possibly did do it to himself. If anyone has ever experienced the "waking dreams" that are a side effect you will understand how one could do that without thinking while under the influence of ambien. Thats one crazy chemical. Never again.
