Farm Journal Building and the park around it. Is there any significance about that area? I can't go into detail, but I've observed a piece of public art that is disturbing. It may still be there.
@Blacksmith21 I have not been in that area for 45 years. St. Charles is actually in Wynnewood, which is part of Philadelphia and of course St. Charles belongs to the Arch diocese of Philadelphia.

OK - I'm surprised I was able to find this. I'm not sure if it will post, but check out the google streetview link below. There is a gray GMC SUV. Push in all the way and look on the signpost. You will see a roundish disk attached to it. That is the image of a baby head, routed on 3/4" plywood and made by an artisan. it has a bullethole in the head.
I’m from the area so I got a better picture of the creepy baby , but I think it’s just a picture of the namesake of the restaurant (Talula’s Garden) that it’s in front of. The owner named it after her granddaughter.
I'm all for rational explanations. Why the bullet hole in the baby's head? Nor do I see anything to tie a baby to the restaurant, based on their website. I reference back to the graffiti outside of the Pegasus Museum which said "kids" on it and a house with bars on the second window. Someone went through a lot of effort to make that sign - stencil painted, routed, and mounted.

I have tried many combos including Talula's Garden (owners in big trouble had to pay $400K in back wages). Could be something going on with them but can't find info. What else do you know?
The other owner is Stephen Starr (a secretly gay man with a “family”) who owns the largest restaurant empire in Philadelphia. Not sure where his connections are, but I work in the industry and my coworker confirmed his obvious secret to me.

Hey! I have been trying to zero in on that disc for half hour and cannot do it. I can usually navigate the google maps but this is a little different. I also cannot seem to find the round disc. The only round one is above the waste can. Is it in front of that bldg. with the big planters at entrance? I'm wondering what a sign like that is doing there in the first place. I am going to go into a lot of things posted in this thread today. I want to help her anyway I can. Is there someway you can take a screenshot of that sign and post it or send it to me in here?
