Sexually exploited pre-teens frequently end up in Planned Parenthood in need of abortions, often brought by their abuser or handler. We know from Lila Rose who did undercover Imvestigations that PP ignores the fact that underage girls are being brought into the clinics by pimps. See this link. http://archive.is/jkjy8 Abortionists are inherently incentivized NOT to report underage pregnancies they terminate, allowing the cycle of abuse to continue, unless the prospect of jail time becomes sure enough to outweigh the profit motive.

The lack of oversight, halo of political protection, and consequent willingness of Planned Parenthood to flout the tissue harvesting law that was exposed on video by Deleiden and led to the investigation described in your links is also likely to provide shelter for pimps and rich older boyfriends of young girls, and demoralize girls who come for help only to find themselves sent by Planned Parenthood back into hands of their abusers, much the same way kids abused by cops believe they have no where to turn.

A serious DOJ investigation and prosecution of Planned Parenthood for illegal tissue harvesting will send a loud and clear message throughout the Swamp that they are under scrutiny and there will be consequences -- perhaps directly making child rape less tempting.
