I've sat through a couple trials against Catholic priests and you better believe that 100% of anything negative against that priest was allowed into evidence, every single time even if it is a rumor that someone heard from someone that they can't remember. It's all about the desired outcome by the prosecutors and the judge. He's going to walk, the judge just guaranteed it.
