But if you listen through, we have different data rates reported now, different batches of data reported, more independent testing, and a lot more (e.g., he mentions Sy Hersh - what is that signalling?). So this is clearly updated and more complete info, and coming from Binney personally.

He also doesn't confirm any "problems" that the detractors that came out almost instantly in early August, which to me is saying they were crap. So my guess is there is a bigger message here - beyond the news I reported in the headline.
