Michael J Fox's issues I always assumed were severe anxiety and trauma due to prior abuse (allegedly? Very believable...such an adorable kid) rather than Parkinsons? But Parkinsons is more 'media friendly'....now of course knowing what we know, I wonder if Michael will ever come forward and tell the truth?
Yes, see the comment by @darkknight111 for he says it is the problem of dopamine and they could be covering it up with claims of Parkinsons. I put nothing past them.
