Interestingly, VA and MD have a significant MS13 problem in the immediate counties surrounding DC. Like many other things (riots, lootings, terror attacks, etc)which don't seem to happen with any frequency in DC proper, MS13-related crimes seem almost non0existent within DC. It all happens in the suburbs. MS13 has very large presences in Montgomery, Frederick, and Prince George counties in MD. In VA, Prince William, Fairfax, and Loudoun counties are infested.
MS13 regularly murders, rapes and disposes of its victims in Fairfax County.
Remember the story of the Muslim teenage girl murdered as she walked home from the mosque after Ramadan services? Not a racist white man, but MS13 member, who raped and bludgeoned her to death with a baseball bat. That doesn't get reported.
MS13 is a crime syndicate which makes its money on drugs and human trafficking. Given its nature of business, it only makes sense that they would be snatching kids for the DS. Given the demand around the Beltway, a constant and steady supply is needed.
So yes, MS13 is balls deep and likely heavily accounted for in the sealed indictments, IMO.
I'd be willing to bet it's a lot more than one prison in VA they control. Likely every prison CA across through TX. MS13 is very big in the DC area - prisons in MD, WV, and VA are heavily dominated by MS13. Right down to the county level. First hand experience. Correct side of the bars.
It's just another economy for the mob to control. In prison drug dealing is a huge money maker for them.
Going further down the rabbit hole, MS13 were being released from prison with the help of a corrupt judicial system (esp corrupt Judges) to go out and do hits for the mob.
They have their street soldiers everywhere. Gang members make their presence known if you've ruffled some feathers, or they will go straight for the hit. Sanctioned hits called by very high up people in this country.
Agreed and not my post above. The only solution is the death penalty for child trafficking. Except that it costs so much to get to the point of execution with the public paying Public Defender fees. Of course on paper gang members are broke. Or their girlfriends own the vehicles they drive.
Deport them? They'll be back the next night via the underground tunnel system. Make them life the rest of their lives in total isolation so that don't create more havoc in the prison system?
By the time PG reaches full steam (next year), I think you will see a resurgence in calls to bring back the gallows and firing squad. Electricity is expensive. Riding the lightning isn't cheap.
Yeah, I'm not disputing that. I was only vouching for the intel that I had. That's why my source quit his (high-paying) prison job - he was too worried that he'd get dragged into some prison bullshit and knifed over a misunderstanding.

Word on the street is that they largely control one of the larger prisons in VA.

That's prison life in general. The only difference between the screws and the convicts is a key.
