We could go after the advertisers. Money talks. We could start memeing that Company XYZ is advertising in child endangerment zones and demand they stop advertising. If those advertisers threaten to stop advertising, or actually stop, that will give youtube more incentive than maybe anything.

Youtube obviusly supports this trash. The only thing that would probably change their mind is losing dollars.
