There's zero evidence that Clinton directed the choice of Dance Companies. This program is one of several exchange programs run by the State Department Bureau of Education and Cultural Affairs. Max MacCoby was NOT a director of any orphanage in Haiti. This is something pizzagaters always get wrong. He was director of the US based fundraising organization.
