In a rare move, the state Court of Appeals has reversed a decision that severed a mother's rights to her two children, saying state child-welfare workers presented a case "not sufficiently rooted in the evidence."… Writing for the three-judge panel, Acting Presiding Judge Peter B. Swann concluded there appeared to be only one motive to separate the mother from her kids: that the children were adoptable...The other judges, who joined in Swann's conclusions, were Michael J. Brown and Patricia A. Orozco."

“There is a great deal of federal funding in adopting out children to strangers; thus, children have literally become a commodity to be seized and sold. In any other context, this would be considered human trafficking. In the context of Child Protective Services, it is considered “in the best interest of the child.”

I have to say from personal experience CPS is a child theft ring. Casey Family Programs are E V I L Not gonna go in to the details of my situation, but my child was removed from our home, the "social worker" said to me: "Do everything the Program requires, and quick, don't mess up at all, kids like him (referring to my son) don't last long here, he will be "adopted". I couldn't believe what she was saying, our situation did not at all require even removal of my son, much less keeping him for 2 weeks and absolutely not a Adoption situation. I have never forgot what she said, how she said it and the look in her eyes. Personal Experience: CASEY FAMILY PROGRAMS are designed to remove children from their parents.

CPS is a child vanishing ring, they obfuscate and use the cover of bureaucracy to dissappear thousands of children every year.

The only way to deal with them is to literally convert your life to tracking your child in their system and documenting everything, recording all phone calls and in person meetings.

You're very lucky, but also a good parent as you were able to see the risk and act right away.
Many other parents are so overwhelmed with working to cover high debts they don't see the warning signs until it's too late.
