Trey McIntyre is intimately connected to Alefantis' party buddy Septime Webre. McIntyre was resident choreographer at the Washington Ballet when Webre ran it, and he did both his premiere and his last show there.

Remember Webre was director at the Ballet for 17 years, ran it into the ground with unsuccessful shows, but quadrupled the youth academy bringing in young talent from all over the world. He had easy access to visas through a friend running a bureau.

More (lots of) info on Webre in this post.

Is Septime Webre related to Alfred Webre the exopolitics guy? I always thought he was a CIA spy?

Nice catch. Yes Alfred certainly is Septime's brother:

Webre was born May 24, 1942, on a US Naval Air Station. One of his parents is Cuban and Alfred Webre was raised in Cuba.[7]

Their father's name was also Alfred, and he sure has some Company credentials. Note how he is described as a sugar factory manager even if his oldest son was born on a Naval base:

Webre grew up in what he calls "a big Latin family," one of nine children born to a Cuban mother and French American father. The two met while Alfred Webre was managing sugar refineries in Cuba. Webre's older brothers were born on the island; the family went stateside in the aftermath of the revolution, where seventh child Webre and his two younger siblings were born.

Alfred Webre was frequently overseas on engineering assignments; the family would join him in such locations as the Sudan, Africa and the Caribbean for vacations.
