Actor who is drinking himself into oblivion... i hate to say it as i am a fan but could this be johnny depp? This only springs to mind because of his recent appearance on the Graham Norton show where he wasn't drunk, but he'd definitely been drinking heavily and looked like he had been woken up 30 minutes previously from a rough night.
