I too consider that possibility because many families in that echelon raise children in an abusive fashion from birth to damage the specific parts of the brain. When that occurs it removes empathy and compassion and basically leaves a fight flight response which is what makes them so damn savage.

Anneke Lucas pedophile ring survivor said her handler had a lapse in programming and let her go when she was 11 years old. She said he had to make a deal to become the "left hand" man of a very powerful politician to let her go. I don't know what that means exactly. They killed him shortly after that because they considered him weak.
