Twitter would have to have done that. Twitter is not our friend. Starting Dec. 18th Twitter will ban your account if they catch you engaging in hate speech on or off the Twitter platform. If they identify you on another web platform engaged in "hate speech" they will ban your account. So we have a lot of unanswered questions here.
