This is related to Pizzagate because CIA is known to have black op groups running kids, drugs and weapons worldwide.

Does Hal Turner live in VA? Did he move? He used to live in North Bergen, NJ and call in to Sean Hannity's show as Hal in North Bergen. I'm pretty sure he's just reporting some else's rumor.
