Allegi is/was a company run by this Perez family out of Florida. They were all sent to jail on racketeering charges from their last company that they claimed was a real estate investment company. Seems like they have a history of ripping people off.
The interesting part is that the patriarch died on November 3, 2017 but I cannot find his cause of death. I don't have time to follow this rabbit hole right now, but this might track back to some deeper shit.
That makes sense assuming all the world gets flipped on its head on Monday, but if you look up "We Are Allegi" the first eye catching link is for a real estate seminar from that company.
Been down too many rabbit holes the past year, so when it's time to gather info, I tend to just keep going.
