I figured out the Pet store lady's name is Maria C Giraldo, I got a hit on fb. Still could e someone else or this woman pimping this girl, anyways the profile pic is of a topless girl, she maybe over 18, but I am afraid to click on it.
Better play it safe and don't click or share, you could be setting yourself up for trouble. I would not be surprised if that was her. Some awfully suspicious things going on that do not add up. Too many syringes and the pedo symbol. How can people be keeping pets in a place like that, in a shop? You hear of people keeping that many in their homes sometimes, but that is behind closed doors. This is a shop where anyone can walk through the door, a place of business. This must be a dead area for business.

They are behind the bars on that building that has about 4 of them. Not the painted grey ones. The bars are black and the windows behind them.
