Why would chelsea be wearing an ankle monitor with a clunky boot since 2012? And as sophisticated as technology is these days there is a dozen ways to monitor people with a body device other than a clunky ankle bracelet. And even if it was an ankle bracelet long pants would cover it. It would not take a damn boot to cover it. None of this seems even remotely possible unless for sheer punishment they had something put on them that only a boot would cover. I just don't know about all this....
