After a relatively short amount of time I found this allegation that Dodd sexually assaulted a waitress. Let's see what kind of arsenal we can build up against this guy.

Yes, it does seem so. It's a good starting place for sure, but personal testimonies wouldn't make the public bat an eyelid so we need to push further than this - I'm assuming the information will start to come out easier as time passes.
