What I dont get is why these people are just now coming out with this. They all should be charged with complaciancy by not reporting and knowingly allowing others to be harmed. Not trying to say any good for the bad guys. But if you lie with dogs, you get fleas.
Are you aware of what has happened to every single person who tried to speak up? Corey Feldman was initially labeled mentally ill, trying to revive a long since dead career by taking advantage of a friend he did not protect, treated as persona non grata. He has a "name." He has access to media willing to interview him.
To whom should those without media connections report the abuse? Even the best police need solid physical evidence and not just heresay.
SAG-AFTRA is a powerless and useless union. Yes they sent me a letter saying, "See something, say something." Of course they didn't even appoint a person or task force to handle anonymous calls. Their open limited business hours. It takes weeks to get them to return a voicemail in my experience. If you're not a paid up member they won't even respond at all.
State of CA wouldn't even help me get my fair wages after I went to the hours and hours of nightmare hassle trying to file a complaint. The attitude of the State of CA like LAPD has always been that performing isn't a "real job" and the abused should quit if they don't like the system.
