This might be nothing, but in an occultic town in Portugal that is popular with the 'elites,' a cheesecake invented by a politician is advertised with a traffic policeman on the sign. And the politician also built an inn, which had the nickname "the cheesecake fortress."
From an earlier comment I posted:
Cheese(cake) Police = logo for a famous Sintra, Portugal dessert
Disneyland's castle is related to Pena Palace in Sintra
Aleister Crowley and other Satanists were drawn to Sintra
The sign above the policeman's head reads, PARAGEM DAS QUEIJADAS. If anyone is able to translate, that would be great. The meaning is probably something like "cheese stop." PARAGEM DAS QUEIJADAS machine translated to 'STOPPING THE CHEESES'

Might be nothing, but TPTB love their logos hiding in plain sight.
Sintra's famous dessert mentioned in this L.A. Times article is a type of cheese pastry called a queijada.
The inventor of queijadas was a politician named Gregório Casimiro Ribeiro. He built a large, castle-shaped inn for visitors to Sintra in 1925, nicknamed "the cheesecake fortress." Image here. It is currently a private home.
The company's original logo was a "traffic police officer" directing you to the "Cheesecake Factory." It is still used today on the sign, although I think the label has changed.

Disneyland's castle was indirectly influenced by Sintra's mysterious Pena Palace:
According to this Los Angeles Times article, Sintra's Pena Palace inspired Germany's Schloss Neuschwanstein, which was the basis for Sleeping Beauty's Castle at Disneyland.
Pena Palace's mysterious origins:
Pena Palace was built in an area where a small monastery was considered one of the most mysterious places in Portugal. The Palace was an important meeting place for politicians, and continues to be used for state occasions.
It is said that next door to Pena Palace there is an entrance to Inner Earth, inside the Castle of the Moors.
Notorious Satanists who favored Sintra:
Aleister Crowley stayed in Sintra in 1930 with his Thelemic/Satanic oracle girlfriend Hanni Larissa Jaeger. "It seems that even the "Great Beast" himself, Aleister Crowley, found the atmosphere of Sintra appealing to his occult interests." Source (paragraph 5)
Sintra is a "favorite place" of Boyd Rice, a Church of Satan leader. He particularly likes Quinta da Regaleira, a vast Masonic/Satanic estate with an Initiation Well, and symbols of all kinds plus kabbalistic alchemy decorations.
Also, the Casa Pia orphanage is less than a half hour from Sintra, where an "elite' pedophile ring preyed on children.
