Why do they keep them sealed? What are they waiting for? Isn't this giving people warning so they can run?

I think I know two who aren't anywhere. HRC and McCain. Ankle bracelets under their boots?
Some think McCain didn't really have cancer. That it was the perfect way to use the I don't remember excuse.
