An entry on /pol today, regarding Q's timestamps (thanks to that person), sorry the post is long, turns out having more to it than I first thought...
"I think the timestamps in Q's posts are GPS coordinates to minerals in the ground."

What is in Mali and Niger?
*
Gold.
You can skip to ** mid part of this thread to get to my point regarding the slave trade **
Mali’s economy continued to be largely dependent on gold exports, which historically have accounted for the majority of the country’s total export earnings from mining. Same with Nigeria. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mining_industry_of_Nigeria
Gold deposits are found in Northern Nigeria, most prominently near Maru, Anka, Malele, Tsohon Birnin >Gwari-Kwaga, >Gurmana, Bin Yauri, Okolom-Dogondaji, and Iperindo in Osun state it is not very >dominant in the country.[1]
Gold production began in 1913 and peaked in the 1930s. During the Second World War, production >declined. Mines were >abandoned by colonial companies, and production never recovered.[1]
The Nigerian Mining Corporation (NMC) was formed in the early 1980s to explore for gold. Lack of >funds, and the lure of easier profits from oil production led to its failure. There is no large scale gold mining operation in Nigeria today, though there is small-scale mining carried out by artists.[1] The family of Aleye from Anka is one of the leading gold families in the region.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mining_industry_of_Burkina_Faso
In 2012, there were 6 gold mines in Burkina Faso. Burkina Faso is the 3rd biggest site for gold exploration in Africa and 4th biggest gold producer in Africa. West African gold is not as high grade as gold from South Africa.[3]
Cluff updated its bankable feasibility study for the Kalsaka gold project, which is located about 150 km northwest of the country’s capital, Ouagadougou. Measured resources were estimated to be 6.5 million metric tons (Mt) at a grade of 1.6 grams per metric ton (g/t) gold, and indicated resources were estimated to be 2.7 Mt at a grade of 1.2 g/t gold.

** What really caught my attention was 'Burkina Maso Gold Mine', since recently I'd discussed the slave trade in Nigeria sending sex slaves into Italy, Belgium. (Also slave labor and sex slaves sent to Gold Mines.)
https://searx.me/search?q=burkina+faso+slave+trade Burkina Faso is historically renown for the slave trade "The Arab trade of Zanj (Bantu) slaves in Southeast Africa is one of the oldest slave trades, predating the European transatlantic slave trade by 700 years. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Arab_slave_trade

Aug 28, 2016 LA times article Doug Band, Clintons, and Nigerian Billionare Gilbert Chagoury, and close ties to Clinton Foundations
His name is on a gallery at the Louvre and a medical school in Lebanon, and he has received awards for his generosity to the Catholic Church and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital. He owns a seven-bedroom hilltop mansion in Beverly Hills, and he has a high-level network of friends from Washington to Lebanon to the Vatican, where he serves as an ambassador for the tiny island nation of St. Lucia. His website shows him shaking hands and laughing with Pope Francis.
And thanks Derram

He was a billionaire who donated to the Clinton Foundation. Last year, he was denied entry into the U.S. - LA Times
'Nigerian billionaire Gilbert Chagoury, one of Africa’s richest men, has built a reputation as a giant of global philanthropy. '
'Chagoury is a prominent example of the nexus between Hillary Clinton’s State Department and the family’s Clinton Foundation, which has come under renewed scrutiny during her presidential run. '
'No deal has been signed, State Department spokeswoman Elizabeth Trudeau said. '
' A spokesman for Clinton’s campaign noted that the State Department has said the process has been managed by “career real estate professionals.”'
'By last summer, U.S. diplomats had selected a 9.9-acre property at Eko Atlantic as the preferred site for a new Lagos consulate, State Department documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times show. '

"I've never heard of Rima so I decided to look into it. Turns out Rima is in Burkina Faso which is a landlocked nation in Western Africa. Rima is roughly in the center of the country from what I can gather. Burkina Faso looks to me like it could be a key destination as a crossroads for contraband and human trafficking for any destination in Europe or the Middle East. I really don't know very much about Africa but I do know the US Military Socom has had an enormous presence in Africa (I think it's called AFRICOM ) and of course Nigeria which does not border Burkina Faso but is not that far a way is also the home of Boko Haram which is basically ISIS with darker skin and in a jungle instead of desert. I also know that the domain of Boko Haram is the northern part of Nigeria and that typically these warlord child soldier armies aren't typically very confined by loosely regulated national borders."
