You've got this one wrong. Yesterday Stephen Miller noticed Comey had open DMs on Twitter so encouraged people to DM him, en masse to troll. Panahi then DM's him this (amidst multiple ridiculous DM's sent to Comey, all with a shit-posting nature). She sent Comey this, it is not FROM Comey. Blue messages show up to the person who sent the message.
