I myself watched a episode where she was making dinner for the whole family. She was preparing placenta. Not hers, she says" I had it flown in, its illegal". She was going to serve it on the sly. I never watch that crap, was channel surfing and stopped on entertainment channel just as she said, "its placenta". So if its fake, whats the purpose of her saying it was placenta?
