Yes, they're Pakistani. Not sure if they also own the Awan Group but it's very likely they're related because of the use of the name.

Imran has strong roots in the N Virginia/Baltimore area, which is right in the heart of pizzagate country. I also remember talk back in the day of a Saudi cargo company - that deals in live animals - working out of that area, along with the whole idea of the cargo actually being live human beings. So the cargo transporation thing is really ringing my bells.
