I think the President (Bush) authorized the plane load of Bin Laden family to depart the USA the day after 911. Is he saying that TRUMP authorized Podesta to board an airplane and depart the country? Then somehow the military intercepted and forced it down? That would sound like they have something BIG on Trump. If that is the case, then things don't look so good.
My take on it is that Podesta tried to get out of the country before the indictment, and Trump sent the military to round him up (force Podesta's plane down), which would explain why Q Anon's notes say "delay." Meaning Podesta's near escape was unforeseen.

Those were my thoughts too. Q is very pro-Trump as I interpret his comments so he wouldn't be excited if the info was bad for his guy.
